Stonehenge was built 4000 years ago and its great stones still exert mystical fascination on thousands of visitors from all over the world every year. The slightly less well known but nonetheless fascinating stone circle site of Avebury offers an equally exciting atmosphere.
Bath - (within 30 mins), one of the most beautiful cities in Britain with its famous Roman baths, its very attractive Royal Crescent, etc., as well as its great shopping and restaurants.
Salisbury - (40 mins drive). beautiful cathedral, great shops, etc.

A four-poster bed awaits you with its crisp cotton sheets from the White Company to add a little magic to your perfect romantic break away. The twin bedroom is best suited to children although it contains two 3' beds as it is fairly small.
