A sizeable downstairs guest bedroom has a mahogany queen-sized sleigh bed, television and separate black and white art deco styled bathroom/shower and roomy closet. The small room off the study has a twin-size bed with Ralph Lauren linens and art deco armoire. The closet houses the washer and dryer.
