For an extensive boat introduction our boat management company is charging $175. This includes the cleaning at the end. There is a security deposit of $ 1000(or by creditcard) for the boat, which is refundable. The boat is fully insured with $ 1000 deductible. It is also SeaTow insured.

- In the villa, which has altogether 11 rooms (Without sanitary spaces) on 470 m2 of air conditioned living space, there are two master bedrooms on the upper floor, which both contain an additional area with seats and desks. Another two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, the fifth bedroom has two single beds. All beds are equipped with high-quality, comfortable mattresses, in four bedrooms there are flat screen TVs. The two master bedrooms and the twin bedroom have access to the large balcony with a view of the pool area and the canal and another smaller balcony. The balconies have chairs. The queen size bedroom below has access to the pool area. 10 people also have luxurious and spacious bedrooms in which there would be enough space for the king air mattress, if there should be 12 people. The villa has a separate large billiards room with a professional table and a fitness room with modern training machines, like a treadmill, stair stepper, etc. The cinema room is equipped with a 65'TV and Blueray DVD Player and internet TV. In the living room, there is a 50'TV, 3D player and glasses are available. In the gallery room on the upper floor, there is a high-quality piano with a great sound. The furnishing of the entire house is of a high quality. In order to get to the upper floor, you can also use the lift. Pool and spa are heated. The canoe and the bicycles are available free of charge. The garage offers space for 3 cars. Next to the boat dock there is a 'fishlight', that attracts all kind of fish, nice for watching or catching them.
The boat can be used optionally, if you bring your boat, the boatlift will be for your use of course.
