The lower level is a large suite type area with two twins, laundry area, and nice bathroom with jetted tub/shower. There is access from the upper level or a private outside entrance as well. There is a lower patio area (a protected area underneath the upper deck) with gas grill, boat dock, and includes the use of the Old Towne canoe. Pets may be permitted with permission and a $100.00 non refundable pet fee. This home has nice hardwood floors, and the walls are a nice whitewashed pine giving it a great mountain cabin feel.
