Villa la Pergola is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the city of Florence near 'San Martino alla Palma'. It is only a few kms from the heart of Florence and from the highway exit (Firenze-Scandicci). The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a 6 x 12 meters swimming pool, open from May through October; the jacuzzi heat for evening (for 8 people) barbecue and table for outdoor dining and fitness room. From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view overlooking the typical Tuscany countryside, hills covered with olive trees, Florence's historical buildings complete with the famous Brunelleschi Duome Santa Maria del Fiore. The Villa has been tastefully restored and offers all modern conveniences. Private grounds 4 ha, Parking.

Oleandro (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6) Oleandro apartment has a private entrance from the garden. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped specious kitchen that includes microwave and dishwasher, a living room with Sat TV and a library. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with two twin beds and a large closet, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartments have their own private lown with garden furniture. Private grounds 4ha, barbecue, parking. The properties all have central heating and gas and electricity is included in the price. Cotton sheets and towels are included in price. All of the properties have been traditionally refurbished to a high standard, to make for a most pleasant holiday for all of the family. A travel cot is available on request. Internet wireless is available.

Guest Book: ....Sabine & Claudio, thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We enjoyed our stay in Tuscany very much and was most comfortable in the Ulivo apartment. It contained everything that we wanted, and we had appreciated the lovely furniture and extensive range of crockery. But most of all, we must thank you both and your family for the warmth and hospitality extended. It was the most pleasant ending to our vacation in Italy. We would definitely make Villa la Pergola our base should we make another trip to Italy, and would recommend it highly to all our friends! ..........we had big expectations for this vacation, but reality was big part better. We have enjoyed the spectacular view and the fantastic house. We would like to stay for a few weeks more!!! Most of all through we have enjoyed the hospitality and the help we have had from you! We learned from the people we talked to in Florence that this is area this is area is the most beautiful and exclusive in the valley!
