2.Final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival. On receipt of your final payment, a written confirmation will be issued acknowledging the payment and details of how to get to the property and the welcoming arrangements will be provided.
3.€ 250.00 security deposit to cover loss or damage, breakages etc. is payable at the time of booking.
4. Electricity and heating are included in the price.
5.The rental rate includes bed linen, towels and all other household linen. Change of bed linen by request, not included in the rental rate. Beach towels provided.
6. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. Please notify in advance.
7.On departure, the house, equipment and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
8.Cot, if required, to be booked in advance.
9. No smoking in the house.
10. No pets allowed. - Special golf packages available. Please contact to enquire.
