Check in/check out policy:
Check in between 5.00 PM and 10.00 PM. Early check in is permitted upon request and availability. For late arrivals (in case of flight's delays, traffic, etc) between 10.00 PM and midnight we charge extra 25 euro to be paid cash upon arrival. Please note that arrivals after midnight are not permitted. Check out is by 10.30 AM.
Please note that this is a private apartment and not a room (you don't have a 24h reception service). We require our guests to provide flight details or their estimated time of arrival in advance before coming, so that we can arrange a meeting directly at the apartment. Guests that do not provide this information (at least 2 days before arrivals) will run the risk to wait long for the check in due to our potential temporary unavailability.

Guest Book: 'The apartment is very well furnished, kitchen and everything else are great. Has a computer with good Internet. It is very big and the hosts are really friendly. Has a very nice distant view towards Rome. The subway is not too near though, a 7 min walk. Overall thought it was a great experience.' Anelia B. 'The apartment was really nice and clean. After just a little time it really felt like home. Place was also good to be with children, there was enough space to play and just at the end of the road there was a nice playground.
