- Inclusions: the prices are all inclusive of electricity, air conditioning, weekly clean towels and linen, for two week holidays a weekly refresher clean and departure clean. Rental periods are generally Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, we also will rent out of high season from Wednesday for 7,10 and 14 day holidays. Out of season we can be more flexible on request dependent on availability.
A booking form and terms and conditions will be forwarded to you for completion along with payment details.25% deposit will be taken on booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. No Smoking. Well behaved dogs by arrangement.

All adult guests will have the use of a complimentary white cotton waffle bath robe for the duration of the stay. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and shelves for storage.
