Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposit
A £50 deposit is requested, phone or e mail bookings are held for seven days. Reservation and booking confirmation will be sent via e mail or post after receipt and clearance of payment.
Payment by Cheque or bank transfer or by credit card via Paypal button on my own web site www.tayfortwo.co.uk booking page . Balance of payment will be due six weeks before onset of stay and £50( refundable) damage deposit will be due at time of balance paid ( a reminder will be sent out.)
Except for late bookings when full payment will be required at time of booking. - Cancellation and early termination
If the tenant terminates the contract before the arrival date, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs and/or if a replacement booking is not possible.
Termination
Up to 48 days before rental period 20% of rental price
Up to 35 days before rental period 30% of rental price
Up to 21 days before rental period 60% of rental price
Up to 14 days before rental period 90% of rental price
Less than 14 days before rental period 100% of rental price
Insurance
Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended (but optional). Details will be sent when booking is made.
Deposit is acknowledged by post and balance due six weeks before holiday when details and directions to property will be given. - 24 Hours
We wish your stay to be as pleasing as possible, therefore please inspect the property on arrival and report immediately any problems to me or the housekeeper.
Please report any problems with the property during your stay to me or the housekeeper so we can remedy the problems, hopefully as soon as possible , at least within 24hrs .
Parking is available in a small car park adjacent to site or may be available during the day in parking bays (no charge) Also parking always available in adjacent road.
There is also a small, off road ,car park belonging to the site approx 5mtrsaway
Please note that a two small local buses run at regular intervals ( timetables supplied).
These service St Andrews, Dundee, Tayport, Wormit and surrounding area.
Also a short walk to the south side of the Tay Bridge connects with bus/ coach routes to all areas.

There are excellent travel connections to Dundee, Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen by train or coach, also there are many bus services from Dundee bus station to all parts of Fife and Angus.
TaY for two is warm and comfortable in winter on return from a day participating in one of many outdoor activities: fishing, birdwatching , walking, cycling, shooting and golf.
