We have 5 apartments in this building. 3 are located on the Louvre side, 2 on a large and nice courtyard side (with a grand balcony). Some of them can be linked together to make from 2 rooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms to 6 rooms with 4 bathrooms.
Louvre1 and 2 are located on the courtyard side of the building with a large a nice view.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rate depends on the number of guests , number of rooms , on the period and the length of the stay so please request for the final rate. Even if we accept 8 guests per apartment (in 4 double beds) and then the value for money is very high (about 25% of a hotel rate). With 7-8 guests in 1 apartment it will be only a place to sleep. If you are looking for more comfort and space we advise you to request for 2 of our apartments possibly linked together. You will then have 2 or 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens with more equipment, between 100 and 120m2 (1300sf) and we make discounts when you rent several apartments.
- The deposit on the reservation is 150E (via paypal)/apartment/week
- 1 month later (but at least 1 month before the check-in) we request 50% of the global rate (via paypal)
- on the check-in we request the balance and the damage deposit (350E) returned via paypal within 2 weeks after the check out - For the check-in (from 14:00 to 20:00) you will meet the welcome agent in the Cafe facing the building (Café du Musée)

For the check out , you can leave at any time till 11AM : before the check-out please clean the apartment (not a deep clean as we will reclean the apartment but please do not let a mess) - ATTENTION

2) or divided into 2 independent apartments with 1 or 2 bathrooms 4 doublebeds 2 rooms 1 kitchen

Bathroom 1 -
- We have several types of bathrooms : most of apartments have big bathrooms with a 1,2*0,9m large showers big sinks and toilets , Louvre5 has a small bathroom with a small sink 0,8m round shower and a toilet (but it has a nice view to the Louvre, and 2 really independent rooms : from each room you can directly reach the bathroom and the main door). The water heating system is continues, after 2 or 3 showers you will have to wait about 15minutes for next 2, 3 showers. We did recently change these heaters to comply with Save the Planet regulations. In the NonEcologic position it will provide more hot water (about 2* more) but it will loose 4 times more energy. We did many other efforts to comply with these regulations : 80-90% of our bulbs are Save The Planet (based on LEDs or Neons), we recommend trash selection and provide you 2 bags minimum to separate plastics, paper and glass from bio-degradable, we also use mainly wood, water paintings … So please help us by your behaviour.

- As we have 5 independent apartments that can be linked together the case defined herein is 2 liked apartments (3 or 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms is 1 of possible configurations) However we will propose you the configuration based on number of guests of your group , on your requirements and your budget. You can then have from 2 to 6 rooms. The rooms are very high (from 3,5 to 3,9m) and most of them are divided in two areas : on the front a living area with a monumental window with a balcony or a view to the Louvre, on the back a sitting area and stairs to the mezzanine where is a queen-size bed. The bed mattress is very high quality (medical very healthy mattress) it has small 5cm high legs. The mezzanines are large (from 8 to 14m2) has a solid wooden floor, between 1,4 and 1,6m high. As there are also comfortable beds downstairs we consider that disabled or elder people should preferably use this level.

Notes:
Our apartments all have (more or less) the same equipment and you can ask soma additional amenities if you need. All have an elevator, high speed internet (free phone on request) , full kitchen or kitchenette with extendable table for 4 to 8 guests and extendable work space with 2 or 4 hot rings , fridge, oven, microwave or mixed oven+microwave. Some are equipped with a washing machine, there is also 1 set of Washing and Drying machines in a common area but it is operated by the maid only (you can ask her to do it for you). There is un AC system in our apartments and a parking in the building (but these 2 services are not included in the rental price as 90% of guests do not ask for these 2 services so we charge only if you want it).
