• The City Council of Rome has approved a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night , this tax is charged for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10 years do not have to pay the tourist tax.
  Rates referred to 2 persons. Extra charge for each additional person (15 Euro per night or 80 euro per week).
  Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday. Extra charge required for final cleaning (50 euro ).
  Refundable security deposit: 200 Euro. 20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euro or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

  If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  
  If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
  
  If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
  
  In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
