Woodridge Estate House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Easter is charged as high period.
We ask for a £150 (US$240) per week deposit on booking, and the balance paid 10 weeks before the booked date along with a £200 (US$350) returnable security deposit.
Pool heating is available at £60 (US$110) per week.
Stays of less that a week incur a £55 (US$90) cleaning surcharge.
