Included maid service on weekly basis:entrance + one a week. On weekend and midweek maid will be provided if required by client. Cost of 10 € per hour.

Changeover day: Flexible. Entrance after 5:00 pm&Departure before 10:00 am.
Weekends:Entrance:Friday after 4:00pm-Departure:Sundays before 10:00am.
Deposit:600,00€(800,00€ if 4 or more children) in cash is required at the entrance as a security deposit, which shall be returned within two weeks after of departure by bank transfer.
Air Conditioning&Central Heating costs will charged addit - - Booking: A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking. Two months before arrival another 30% shall be transferred. The remainder amount (40%) will be paid in cash at arrival at the villa.
