Highlands Reserve Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rental terms shown are weekly. Special rates for 2 week, 3 week or monthly rentals, and especially for longer stay snow birds - please apply.
Start days are flexible.
Electricity, water and all state taxes are included in the rates. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Pool heating is available on request (recommended Oct – Apr) at an additional charge of £15.00 per day ($20 per day). Rates are guaranteed once booking is confirmed.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 15% with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. - Please contact us as we often have last minute deals.
Very special rates for snow-birds.
