Damage warranty = an inspection is made after your stay by our local representative. As soon as he confirmed us there are significant damages caused by the client, this security deposit is refunded, at the latest in a 1 month deadline.
The balance of the sum has to be paid within 10 weeks before your arrival or your stay will be cancelled.
Optional: daily price for swimming pool heating. The heating is available only if the exterior temperature is superior to 20º.
Price: $25 per day. - Damage deposit: $400.00
