Elegant, spacious 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom (4 en-suites) villa ideal for families & large groups. Our brand new home is strategically located for quick and easy access to Disney World, Seaworld & Universal as well as travel to the beaches and attractions of Tampa, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre. Fully air-conditioned, our spacious comfortable home has two lounges with one incorporating a double sleeper sofa and two dining areas, the breakfast room, & the dining room that provides a venue for the more formal family meals. The breakfast room is ideal for the more informal holiday dining. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 twin rooms for children or adults. The private pool and spa are heated entirely safe for young children. The kitchen & utility areas are fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooker, micro wave, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster.

Solana Resort is a gated resort community with exclusive, state of the art clubhouse and facilities that is fast becoming the most sought after community in the Disney area. The club house has a large pool and spa area, cyber cafe, games room, fitness centre and an excellent selection of children’s play areas.

Our brand new villa is located in the gated community of Solana, Davenport which is an excellent location, just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks. The local shopping area at Champions Gate includes a large Publix supermarket, Walgreen's pharmacy, restaurants and takeaways, including Italian, Chinese, Subway, crepes and McDonald's, 24 hour gas station with coffee shop, DVD rental store and Bank. Orlando Airport is only 30 minutes away and we are conveniently located within easy access of all major routes around central Florida. When leaving Disney, take I-4 West to Exit 58 to arrive at your home away from home!
