Mid-season. Weekend: € 980, 3-day weekend: €1209, 4-day weekend: €1437, 5 and 6-day weekend: €1600.
Low season. Weekend: € 850, 3-day weekend: € 1043, 4-day weekend: € 1236, 5 and 6-day weekend: € 1350.
Wood for the 2 fireplaces, sheets, bath linen and towels are included.
Tourist tax of €1.2 per night and per person over 12 years old.
The energy price (gas, electricity, fuel) for the house and the pool (21 ºC) is determined depending on the months: November, December, January and February: €11 per day and per person. March, April, September and October: €8 per day and per person over 2 years old. May, June, July August: €6 per day and per person over 2 years old.
The temperature of the 140 000 litres of water can be raised to 25ºC (€ 50 per day).
Cleaning fixed price for €100 if the cleaning is not done or not enough.
Swimming pool cleaning fixed price: € 50. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
