- All our bathrooms have hair-dryers, ample towels and pretty additions to make them homely feeling. We also have hair straighteners, curling tongs, large mirrors, soap dishes and matching toothbrush holders. We like to make you feel at home. There are scales in the downstairs powder room for weighing those heavy suitcases. Baby equipment such as baby bath seats etc. Pool towels are separate and at least two dozen of those alone. Ample towels and linen which we change regularly and upgrade.

- Our bedrooms are spacious, all have built in large wardrobes, spare bed linen, blankets and extra pillows. Beds and pillows have mattress protectors for hygiene. Our executive furniture matches in every room. We have 100 channel Flat screen HDTVs in the bedrooms, all with built in DVD players and radio alarm clocks. We have soft cuddly toys and plenty of nick naks to make it feel like home. Window treatments with decorative flowers or ivy running through them give a nice feel to the room. Our home is redecorated regularly. We have a roll away spare single bed so one room can have an additional bed put in if two singles were preferred. We have ceiling fans in all room for your comfort and all our windows have been slightly tinted for additional coolness. We have a full cot if required and also a travel cot, also. High chairs, baby bath seat, bouncing cradle, strollers, pushchairs etc. A second cot can be arranged at no charge. Telephones in masters.Two singles can become King.

This Top upmarket resort is 24 hour guarded/gated + roving patrol -on site supervisor. Not on a noisy highway but ideally located 2mins to a 24 hour Wal-mart and only 7 mins. to Disney. The resort offers clubhouse with fitness room, cyber cafe, free games room, large communal infinity pool, spa and new splash area. We have our own private pool with extended deck that's in the sun all day, it changes color at night. We have a full size air conditioned games room with slate bed pool table, playstation 2, wii fit, football table, games, dvd library, box of baby toys, lego table. Free wireless internet throughout villa. Our home is kept in first class condition. Full alarm system and safe. The resort offers tennis, fishing from stocked Lakes, basketball, 2 children's play areas, volleyball, outdoor fitness area, nature trail around the Lake. Poolside tiki-bar 3pm-dusk at Hapimag on the resort. Quiet location after the hectic days in the parks, so relaxing. Tame wildlife to feed by pool.
