Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Upon arrival a € 3000 security deposit is due payable by cheque to cover the possible damages. It will not be cashed and will be refunded within 15 days after departure if no damage is observed.
Fixed price of € 200 for final cleaning. - Stays start on Saturday at 4p.m. and end on Saturday at 10 a.m., except specific agreement with the owners. In peak season, rentals are for a minimum of two weeks. Sheets and linen are provided for free for stays longer than 15 days. Possibility of renting sheets and linen for shorter stays.

On the ground floor of the main house: one en-suite bedroom with large bed, separate and private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, another en-suite bedroom with large bed (king size), separate and private bathroom and toilet and a bedroom with 2 beds with private bathroom. Both bedrooms open on a balcony overlooking the Saint-Tropez Bay. In the guest house, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and a separate shower room and toilet, shared by both bedrooms.
