Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A 30% deposit will be paid upon booking and the balance will be paid at most 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
A security deposit of 800 Euros (400 euros by cheque and 400 cash) will be asked upon handling of the keys and after the inventory and statement of state of repair.
It will be refunded in a 7 days period for the cheque and after the departure inventory and statement of state of repair for the cash.
The town of Gordes applies a tourist tax to any person staying in hotels, gites, holiday rentals, etc.
It has a cost of 1.65 euros per day and per person and has to be paid upon arrival. - The villa is rented for 6 persons.
Sheets, bath towels as well as pool towels are provided.
For any rental of more than 1 week (2, 3, 4 weeks, etc.( we will come at the end of each week to take care of the house and to change the linen, this until the end of the stay.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price.
The cleaning of the kitchen (crockery, household appliances, BBQ, etc.) is not included in the final cleaning and will be at the expense of the renter.
The villa has to be tidy as when you arrive. - Arrivals are on Saturday afternoon between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm.
Departures are on Saturday morning at 10.00 am at the latest.
These hours allow the cleaning of the house between two different renters.
We are flexible when possible.
The keepers will be here to welcome you on your day of arrival, they will explain how does the place work and when do they have to come for the maintenance of the garden, the pool and the house, depending on the length of your stay.
Please note: The rear part of the villa is occupied by the keepers (discretion guaranteed, not overlooked).
The whole description above, house and outdoor premises is exclusively for our guests, only the rear part of the villa is for personal use of the keepers. - Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
