West Haven Private Home Summary
Located just off Ronald Reagan Parkway there is easy access to Disney and the other major attractions using either the US27 or the I4. It is three minutes away from Champions Gate Golf Resort, which has two Greg Norman designed Golf Courses and where there is a Publix Supermarket, and an Italian Trattoria which does home deliveries! - great for when you want a quiet night in after the excitement of the Parks. There are also other food outlets and services in the area.
This beautiful villa sleeps 10 with two master bedrooms and two twins, with a sleeper sofa in the lounge The gorgeous south facing pool and spa has an extended pool deck with a large covered lanai (porch) with an outdoor shower and a half-bath (W.C.) The ground floor lounge, the dining area and the King master bedroom each have sliding doors - alarmed for safety - which lead directly on to the pool area.
The upstairs Queen master has a lovely balcony overlooking the orange groves at the rear of the property. The two upstairs twins - one of which is 'Disney themed' - share a bathroom. The villa comes fully equipped with Cable TV and video in the Lounge and TV's with cable in all bedrooms. There is also a games room with pool, foosball, air hockey and darts with a further half bath (W.C.) adjacent.
There are hairdryers in all bathrooms. The villa is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, a washer and drier and ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and large Fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a very handy concierge telephone system which provides direct access to taxis, attractions, food deliveries etc. and free internet access for those who wish to bring their laptops.
