Emerald Island is one of the newest resorts in Kissimmee, less than 2 years old, located on Funnie Stead Road, West Highway 192. The resort is made up of prestigious 4 and 5 star private pool homes and town homes and boasts some of the best facilities on site, such as; tennis courts, volleyball courts, community pool, club house, internet caf?, nature walks to name but a few. Within 10 minuets drive of restaurants, shops and family bars, everything you need from fast food to gourmet cuisine. Driving time to local Theme Parks: 10 minutes to Walt Disney World / 15 minutes to Sea World / 20 minutes to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure.

This lovely 3 bedroom townhome boasts an extremely comfortable furniture package.The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional family bathroom as well as a small bathroom downstairs.The sitting room is very comfortable and sits around the main TV and the kitchen/breakfast room has been designed as open plan offering more space.The kitchen is fully equipped with all of todays needs, and the home also has a separate laundry room.So if you're looking for a smaller base with resort facilities then you may find that this is the place for you.
