Couples receive a 10 discount in mid-season.
The swimming pool is open from 15 april until October 11.
Preferred change over day is Saturday, but we are flexible.
Pets allowed, but check with us on booking.
Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 33% non-returnable deposit within 2 days after booking, with a
contract of reservation and clear directions from the nearest airports to Vejer de la Frontera and the farmhouse. - Our price includes: accommodation; an economical use of electricity, and an average use of water and gas; clean bedding, -bath towels and a clean house on arrival.
The house may be occupied from 5 p.m. onwards on the first day and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of leaving, unless a different arrangement has been reached.
The outstanding sum is to be paid 4 weeks before the occupying date, together with a security deposit of € 100. This deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure by bank transfer, after satisfactory inspection of the house.

Sustainable industry is being developed in the area in the form of solar- and windmill parks, the nearest windmill park is situated above the house. Their sound can be heard under certain weather conditions.
The farmhouse has a bit of magic, is great for kids; unusual and offers basic, but more than adequate comfort in a natural, relaxing environment. The use of a solar installation implies some restrictions, none that will inconvenience you. Water supply is ground water; we advise our guests to buy bottled drinking water or fetch it from the nearby well. - Contractual booking deposit: 33% rent
