- Rates are for the whole accommodation and for the maximum number of people. Sheets rental, satellite and WiFi are included. The electricity fee will be charged for monthly rentals.
A first deposit of 50% has to be paid upon booking and the balance will be paid in cash on your arrival. The security deposit is to be paid upon arrival after the inventory and statement of state of repair and is refundable upon departure after another inventory and statement of state of repair.
250 Euros will be deducted of the security deposit if the lessee smokes in the apartment because it's a non smoking apartment. The same thing will happen if somebody uses high heels on the wooden floors.
Rentals for less than one week have a cleaning fee of 100 Euros.
- Monthly rental. Handling of the keys is from 3.00 pm on the arrival day, and departure is at 11.00 am unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
- Non-contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
- Damage deposit: $500.00
