Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The rental is normally for a maximum of 4 persons. In case of an additional person, the owner has to be told and an agreement will be found, for an additional fee.
From the beginning of November to the end of March, an extra € 30 per week will be asked for heating. Off the winter months, no charge is asked.
Booking is confirmed once the signed contract is received, with a payment of the deposit (30% of the rental's price). The balance of the rental is to be paid upon check-in together with a security deposit refunded at the latest seven days after the check-out inventory.
Pets are not allowed except if you have an express authorization. - In high and mid seasons, rentals are for a minimum period of seven days.
Unless otherwise agreed, the arrival takes place from 4:00 pm and on and the departure is on Saturday morning before 10:00 am. The weekends' rentals (from Friday 10:00 am to Sunday 6:00 pm) only take place in low season and on request.
The cleaning has to be done prior to departure: floor, cleaned refrigerator, emptied dishwasher, beds undone, etc. If not, cleaning will be charged € 60. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
