- Discounted rates for long stay
- Rates are for two people. Free for children up to ten years. You will have to pay an extra charge of 30 Euros per week and per additional person. Rates are digressive for duration of more than ten nights. A 50 percent deposit is payable upon booking. A security deposit corresponding to the price in middle season is required upon arrival. Of course, it will be refunded upon departure unless we notice damages. Final cleaning is included. You can benefit from an extra cleaning service that will be charged with 15 Euros per hour.
- Stays are generally from Saturday 3.00 pm to the next Saturday 12.00 am. We study all special requests. A minimum of 4 nights is required.
- Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
- Damage deposit: EUR300.00
