High standard furniture and household appliance for an old-days authentic atmosphere. Lime plaster walls, our grand-mothers' linen, shaded arbour, will contribute in taking you back to the time of our great poets and writers such as Paul Cézanne and Marcel Pagnol... A particular attention has been brought on the decoration in order to offer the most pleasant of the stays in a clear and serene atmosphere. The parental bedroom with private bathroom, the living room, and the kitchen open their doors to the south-facing terrace and the pool where a stone ruins add some old-day charm. The other bedrooms have a view over a protected oak wood, the pride of our estate. A green cocoon, not overlooked, for all the nature lovers sensitive to the quiet, the cicadas shrilling and the smell of Provence.

1/ As soon as both parts have found an agreement, every rental will be confirmed by a contract sent by email by the owner and sent back to us by mail signed in 2 copies by the tenant with a deposit of 30% in the 48hours.
2/ Upon reception of the contract and the deposit, we send you a copy signed by the owner to confirm the booking with a receipt of the deposit.
A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
The balance is due 60 days before the stay.
The total balance for every rental is due within the 60 days prior to arrival.
Final cleaning: € 110 upon arrival.
€ 1 500 security deposit upon arrival, in cash, cheque (not cashed) or by credit card imprint.
Accepted payments: cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card (you will find all the information in the contract).

All the bedrooms have hotel quality beds with bolsters and cushions, they are all equipped with bed linen and the beds are made upon arrival. Bedside table and side lamp for each guest. Baby cots with bed linen and spare linen are left at your disposal for free for children under 3 years old. They can be placed in the parental bedroom.
