- To confirm your booking, a 30 per cent deposit is requested. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the 1st day of your stay. The payments can be done by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or be direct debit on our bank account. Cancellation: If for any reason you had to cancel your booking, we will try hard to transfer it to another date. The refunding of you account will only be done under the condition that we can replace your booking. Insurance: we recommend subscribing to a travel insurance covering: late cancellation, loss or damages of personal belongings, personal accident.
- Arrival time: not before 5 p.m. Departure time: not later than 10 a.m. during high-season. In mid-season and low-season, possibility of booking for 3 nights minimum. Please contact us for the rates.
- Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
