- A 30% down payment is asked to confirm stay dates. Balance is due10 weeks before arrival (or upon confirmation if less). A Euro 2000 security deposit is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payment fees are the guest's responsibility. You can pay via PayPal but this will cause extra fees.
- The rental rate includes charges for heating, water, electricity, maintenance of garden, pool, departure cleaning and linen. Sheets and towels as well as beach sheets for the pool are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. You are the only tenant in the whole property. A Euro 2000 security deposit is requested.
- Arrivals are on Saturday after 4.00 p.m. Departure next Saturday before 10.00 a.m.
- Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
- Damage deposit: EUR2,500.00
