The rates displayed are for 2 people during mid-season and 4 persons during high and very high season (+€70 per additional person). A 30% down payment will be asked upon booking, the balance is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. A €350 security deposit (refundable within 30 days). Payments by check or bank transfer. Rates include the bed linen, the bath towels and swimming towels, gas, electricity and final cleaning (for a normal use of the villa).
- The villa is available from 6pm on the day of arrival and has to be vacated at 11am on the day of your departure. Other schedules are possible with prior agreement with the owner.
- Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
