We are neither an agency nor a seasonal furnished rentals company or a hotel. The house is not divisible and can not be rented by the night. the rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Off season we can be more flexible on times and days if the house is not rented.
the rental price is 10% cheaper from the second week, obviously if the house is rented for a month.
If the off-season rental is 5 or 6 nights we deduct the price of the total price divided by the number of night. - Reservation: 25% deposit and contract mailed back signed
balance paid 3 weeks prior to entry of premises
3000 euros deposit by check unendorsed
cleaning 200 euros if requested or according to the inventory
Minimum rental is from Saturday to Saturday 10am 3:30 p.m. - minimum rental is from saturday to satuday 10am-3.30 pm
