- The payment is to be done in two installments. One for the booking (50 percent and the other payment upon arrival. Security deposit of 500 Euros, refunded within 7 days after inventory and report on state of repair. Warning for the smoking tenants: Thanks to ventilate in order not to bother the others tenants with the bad smell of cigarette smoke! A penalty of 30 Euros will be charged if there is not the case, to compensate the following tenants.
- Arrival: on Saturday 4 pm. Departure: on following Saturday 10 am. All deposit paid will not be refunded if you cancel at the last moment and if there is no possibility to rent. But otherwise, if I have time to rent it, the money will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
