- Rentals are from Saturdays, 4.00 p.m to Saturdays, 10.00 a.m. we are asking for a 500 Euros security deposit to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival and will be refunded 7 days after your departure. The apartment is immaculate. If it is not the case, we will charge the previous client 70 Euros in order to compensate you. Payments are made in 2 times. First, a 50 percent deposit and then the payment of the balance when we handle you the keys. Attention, if you have to cancel after the first payment you will not be reimbursed.
- For rentals of several consecutive weeks, a cleaning lady will come for free 1 hour every week beginning at then of the first week! Attention, this building is very high standard and rave parties are prohibited, I now that you are on holidays but we absolutely want to preserve the quietness of this community, so if your vision of the holidays is to party in the apartment until late in the night, please do not rent this apartment since I will have to terminate the rental contract. Noise is strictly forbidden inside the residence and we all do everything necessary in order to keep it quiet.

Air Conditioning for heating and cooling, washing machine and dish washer are new. Vacuum cleaner, small table and iron. We are renting a brand new Cap Ferrat 5.50 boat with a skipper, 90 horsepower motor, and 5m 50 long. For up to 6 persons. The skipper will take you wherever you want to during one hour or more. you can choose to take the boat to water skiing or to practice wake (all material is included). The anchorage is located on the port of Villefranche-sur-mer 20 minutes away from Menton.
