The villa has five air-conditioned rooms. Four of the rooms are equipped with cupboards for your clothes and equipped with king-size double beds. Two closets sounds equipped with a safe to store your personal belongings (jewelry, passports, bank cards or credit cards). One room is equipped with two single beds. The villa also has five rooms. Three lounges sonts in the Moroccan style, and two in a European style. Two rooms sonts equipped with an LCD high definition LED TV with a satellite receiver and a DVD home theater (Arabic, English, French and German frequencies are available). There are two kitchens, which is in the basement, 2 equipped bathrooms with shower, a bidet, a toilet and a sink, and a bathroom equipped with a bath, a bidet, a toilet and a sink. There is also a courtyard at ground level and a roof terrace

During the period from 3 June to 30 September 2012 we have a special discount offer that includes a discount up to 33%.
Our special offer includes a 15% discount on stays longer than 7 nights but shorter than 10 nights. A stay of longer than 10 nights but shorter than 16 nights has the right to 20% discount. And staying for longer than 16 nights but shorter than 22 nights a discount of 25%.
Every stay longer than 22 nights is entitled to a discount of 33%.
Additional services and Additional guests (10 people) are not included in this offer. - The tariffs are indicated are tariffs for hiring the complete villa and for at maximum 10 people. They include the visitor's taxes and the hiring of linen. If you come with more (we are able to accept up to at maximum 16 people) we charge extra, if you are planning for a stay longer then 10 days, contact us so that we can adapt the price. Upon reservation we charge a deposit of 25 procent, the balances (75 procent) will be due 30 days before arrival. The damage deposit is regulated by an insurance (euros 30,=). That way you (and us) can sleep quietly. We can accept payments of the balance on the spot (in cash only), but in this case we also need a damage depot of Euro 500,= in cash (or an open bank check signed and accompagnied with a photocopy of a identity card or passport)
- the calendar shows the all periods when the villa completely or partially is reserved. It could be possible the calender shows the villa is occupied but it is for example only the ground floor or the first floor are occupied. This means (even if the calendar shows the villa is reserved) we will always advise you to enquire.
Promotion for low season periods:
Euro 9.96 per person per night (the price is based on a one week rent of the whole villa, with 10 visitors during the low season)
RYAN-AIR offers extreme low prices for flights towards FEZ which is at a distance of ± 170 km from the villa (please accept a voyage of maximum 2 hours). Villa Yasmine offers Airport-transfer services, thus we can to even take you to and from the Airport if necessary. - Contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
