Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our rates are payable in £ in the UK and include electric pool heat, cable, WiFi. Local taxes are 12%.
We accept sterling cheques between UK banks, US checks in US but all other international payments must be made by secure online banking or Online Payments.
We require 50% to confirm the rental and the balance is payable 1 month before the rental commences. We require a security deposit of £200 ($300) refundable after the property has been cleaned, checked and long distance phone use deducted. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be returned as soon as the property has been re-let, it is the guest's responsibility to insure against such eventualities.
The cleaning charge of £100 ($150) will be deducted unless it has been left in cash. Should the cleaning take longer than 4 hours there will be an additional charge. Guests can keep the cost down by leaving the house as tidy as possible, thank you.
The rates will increase when 8 guests are staying, subject to negotiation

- The bathrooms have all been updated, with new toilets, all white fittings and new vanity units in each bathroom. The master bedroom has a gorgeous marble double shower with 2 heads. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool, perfect for after beach or swimming.

- The master bedroom has a king-size bed made up of 2 individual electric adjustable sections, divinely comfortable and indulgent! This room opens directly onto the pool deck which is secure and screened so romantic moonlight dips can be enjoyed, while the children nap safely upstairs! The second bedroom, with double bed, has its own large shaded deck overlooking the pool area and is decorated in a pretty Cape Cod style, as is bedroom 3 with twin beds. These two rooms share an adjoining bathroom with full tub and shower also in pretty white Cape Cod style. All the beds are new and there is masses of pretty bedlinen, quilts and pillows, lots of fluffy towels, beach towels etc. There is a cot if needed. The family room has a new sofabed (June 2011) so that we can now sleep 8 adults in comfort! The third bathroom is just off this room meaning that there is no queue for those facilities!
