The headboards are quite original and have built-in lighting. The bedrooms are also equipped with walk-in closets and drawer chests.

Outside, the villa has a covered pool measuring 11x5 with a large terrace equipped with 6 sun beds and a pool house with a large shower and a half bathroom. A large covered barbecue is at your disposal with oversized grills (2x 40x40). The terraces surrounding the house can accommodate up to 24 people (4 large tables and 24 wrought-iron chairs) under the arbours. There is also private parking on the 8000 m2 of grounds. Inside, the kitchen is fully-equipped with two induction burners, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. The cellar adjacent to the kitchen is fitted with shelves, a washing machine and a dryer. The dining room has a fireplace, a large abbey table and a 36 inch television. The lounge has two large sofas, armchairs, an original coffee table and a home cinema system.
