- NB: AT OUR DISCRETION ROSA CAN BE HIRED IN THE LOW AND MID SEASON BY SMALLER GROUPS. THE RATE FOR 1-4 PEOPLE IS 65% FULL PRICE AND FOR 5-6 PEOPLE THE RATE IS 85% FULL PRICE. eg; the price for 4 people staying in low season is £975 and in mid season £1300. For 5 or 6 people staying in low season the price is £ 1275 and in mid season £1700. So in June you and 5 friends could be enjoying Rosa in the Italian sunshine for £40 per person per night!
Please note we charge a fully refundable breakages deposit of £300 for Rosa.
The rent includes; bed linen and bath towels, utilities, firewood, internet connection, first/final clean.
The swimming pool is open May-September. Pool towels are not provided and must be supplied by guests.
