High season: 840 € per week or 1600 € for 2 weeks.
The prices indicated are without extra cost; they are established depending on the stay duration and not on the number of people (the accommodation is however planned for 5 persons maximum). Bed linen and final cleaning (also the washing of the linen provided) are included. Wood available for the fireplaces. Some grocery products and everyday cleaning products.
Means of payment: cheque or bank transfer - Flexible arrival date (from Friday to Friday for instance), especially in low season, can be negotiated depending on the possibilities left by the other bookings.
The stay starts from 16.30p.m. and ends at 10.30a.m. except other agreement with the owner.
The bedrooms are non-smoking. Pets are allowed after prior owner's agreement. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent

- The bathroom is on the same landing than the bedrooms. A vanity unit with a marble counter, a very large bathtub, shelves, natural light (2 large windows). Bathroom linen provided, hair-dryer and blowing electric converter heater.

- 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby cot and 1 sofa-bed 2 bedrooms of 16sq.m each, one with double bed, the other with 2 twin beds, both upstairs. They are accessible via a landing of about 18sq.m laid out in resting lounge (TV, internet access). There is a sofa-bed that can be used as extra sleeping. Sheets and towels provided. Tourists find their bed made when they arrive. Baby cot available (with good mattress, sheets, mattress protector, bathtub, high chair, potty-chair...but don't forger his security blanket!).

This authentic Tours house offers a travel back in time (thick exposed stone walls, terracotta floors and wooden floors, beams, white tufa fireplace) while being equipped with the modern needs of today: Complete and recent household appliance; dishwasher, kitchenware, bed linen in perfect state; HD TV, mini stereo system, WiFi, central heating, books, CD, magazines and documentation about the region available; outside, garden furniture and barbecue.
Its huge asset: tranquillity! The large front shows the rest of the house (on the extreme right on the main photo), 2 annex buildings (barn in the middle and 18th century dwelling on the left, still being restored) that are used as storage rooms and are not occupied. Therefore, the garden keeps its privacy. The whole opens on a little country road, used by some hamlet residents.
