3.1 Before booking, please contact us by email to ensure that the property is available on the dates you want. To make the booking, you must send us a booking form, filled in and signed, and a down payment of 30 % of the total rental amount. The contract is set between you and the owner once we give you a confirmation.
3.2. Balance is required at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. Any absence of payment of the balance within this period of time will lead to a cancellation, and as a result, cancellation charges will be payable, according to article 13.
3.3. If you make your booking less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the rental is payable upon booking. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
