Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Days in addition to a week are calculated pro-rata the weekly rate.

  10% discount off the 2nd week of a 2 week booking OR a 30% discount off the 3rd week of a 3 week booking OR a 50% discount off the 4th week of a 4 week booking.
  
  For bookings longer than 4 weeks, each subsequent week attracts a discount of 5%.
  
  For bookings less than a week, an extra daily tariff is charged, unless it is a discounted 'gap rate'.

• Rate usually includes pick-up and drop off at Spoleto station.
  
  Terrazza Tetto and Vista Rocca can be joined together seamlessly to create 1 extremely large, self-contained apartment, to sleep up to 8 persons. Ideal for bigger groups, who would prefer to be together but have space and privacy at the same time.
  
  Terrazza Tetto + Vista Rocca 'joined up' consists of :
  3-4 bedrooms, depending on whether you use the 2nd sitting room as a bedroom;
  1-2 sitting/dining rooms, depending on whether you use the 2nd sitting room as a bedroom;
  2 kitchens
  3 bathrooms (1 with full-sized tub)
  1 terrace (with roof-top views)
  
  The rate for Vista Rocca is for 2 persons - extra persons are 50 euros/week each. Single beds can be easily erected in large sitting/dining room.
  
  The rate for Terrazza Tetto is for 4 persons - extra persons are 50 euros/week each.
  
  The rate for Terrazza Tetto + Vista Rocca includes up to 8 persons and attracts a discounted rate. Ask for a quote.
• A booking during the Christmas period attracts an extra tariff of 100 euros min.
  
  Beware of owners who ask that you pay for the heating in addition to the rental rate - at the end of your stay, you could well find yourself having to pay the same as you've paid in rent or even more, such is the exorbitant cost of gas, electricity and wood in Italy.
  
  We provide for free all utilities...down to the last detail, including unlimited hot water. And, we give you a generous Welcome Pack...wine, fruit, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, salad etc so that our guests can relax immediately on arrival and think about 'the big shop' the next day.
