A newly built, luxury villa set on the popular Orangetree development just a 10 minute drive away from the main Disney gates. The villa has every luxury that you could wish for to enhance your stay in Florida including it's own large pool with spa / jacuzzi (can be heated as an option), air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Each bedroom has it's own TV and all bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities. It has its very own game room with air hockey, basket ball game and a pool table.

Our beautiful villa is set on the stunning Orangetree development and is centrally located to all of the Florida attractions with Disney World, Universal and Seaworld being just 10 minutes drive away. We are located just off Highway 27 and only 2.5 miles north of the famous Highway 192 making it easy for you to get your bearings. If you fancy a day away from all that Florida we are conveniently situated on the right side of Orlando with Tampa and it's wonderful beaches being accessible within an hours drive. Alternatively, we are just a stones throw away from Claremont where you can immerse yourself in the 'All American suburbia'! The community of Orangetree and and our guests are able to enjoy a number of facilities including a football field, tennis court, basketball court and play area for children. We are also a short drive away from retail units with supermarkets, restaurants, post office etc

- The master bedroom has a wonderful King sized bed and the biggest en suite bathroom in the Vila, which has separate bath and walk in shower and also a walk in wardrobe. The villa is ideal for families with children as it has 3 bedrooms with twin beds. The remaining bedroom has a queen sized beds and is very spacious. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and three of the bedrooms have en suite facilities with the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge areas that will accommodate a further two people at a push

Notes:
The villa homes at Orangetree were built specifically as large, executive, luxury properties which will be self evident during your stay. Each plot that the villas are built upon is substantially larger than most other new developments which has the added advantage of making the villa feel very private. The villa has two lounge areas with a three seater and a two seater sofa in each. There is a dining area in the kitchen capable of seating 4 and 2 at the breakfast bar and a more formal dining area able to seat 6 in total. Outside we have a large undercover terrace so that you can get out of the sun when you want to but there is also space to take advantage of the sun! It is possible to accommodate two or three families at once at the villa is able to sleep 12... we bore this in mind when ordering the extra large pool which also has a jacuzzi and separate wet bar! A telephone is provided in the house and all calls within Florida are free to our guests. Check in 5pm, check out 10am
Orange Tree Villa Details
Golf: Central Florida, especially Orlando, is now becoming very popular for golfing holidays. There are some 25 golf courses to choose from all within easy access of our villa. There are no restrictions on playing on the courses and it is usually quite easy to book and play. A full description of all the courses are detailed in the villa.
