Normal changeover day is Saturday arriving after 4pm & departing by 10 am – more flexible in low season

£50 cleaning charge for stays of less than 5 days - The exterior of this property is just as exceptional with a split level garden with cypress trees and Mediterranean plants and lawns and multiple stone-paved dining and living terraces overlooking the pool furnished with a marble topped dining table and stylish rattan sofa & chairs under a large contemporary shade sail. The bougainvillea, jasmine, cacti, orange and palms trees are subtly lit to provide a magical backdrop for dining on balmy night. The Roman style heated swimming pool is open between April 1st & October 31st.
There are further acres of extensive garden accessed down metal staircase from the swimming pool area for you to explore. You can walk along the paths linking the terraces,amongst the fruit/olive trees and exotic shrubs. Pick fresh lemons and oranges, and avocado, figs and cacti fruit, when in season. - EXTRA SERVICES: if you are travelling with young babies we can order in nappies, food and milk in advance of your stay. For a special occasion we can arrange with a private chef to cook and deliver traditional Pugliese meals and we also have special arrangements with a local Pizzeria to deliver delicious pizzas right to your door.
PRIVATE LEISURE FACILITIES
We have arranged access for our guests to the exclusive Coccaro Beach Club, Coccaro Golf Club and Masseria Torre Coccaro AVEDA Spa. These private facilities are normally available only to guests who stay at the 5* boutique hotel Masseria Torre Coccaro which is regarded as the best in Puglia. You WILL need to make a reservation - just ring the relevant numbers provided in the information pack at the villa, and simply explain that you are a guest at Villa Francesca. There is an entrance charge and also charges for some services (watersports, green fees, golf carts, spa treatments, etc.) so please check current rates..

All bedrooms have wonderful views either to the sea, the Selva hills or overlooking the courtyard swimming pool and are fully air conditioned, in addition the windows have wooden shutters inside and out with built in mosquito screens in bedroom 1 & 2 so that they can be left open at night if you prefer to enjoy the fresh gentle sea breeze. In addition there are two oversized single bed settees in the living room which when pushed together make a very large double All linen and towels are changed weekly.
