Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A 50% deposit to confirm the booking (by transfer, by credit card or by cheque).
The balance is due upon arrival, at the handling of the keys (payment by credit card, by cash or by cheque). - Our tenants can arrive any day of the week, for a minimum of 4 nights. For less than 4 nights, there is an additional cost for the linen and the cleaning.
Generally, the apartment is available in the afternoon and shall be left before noon.
Our rates vary according to the seasons and offers.
A rental agreement in due form will be sent with all the details as for the terms, as well as an invoice or a credit card ticket in case of distance payment. - Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent

- 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 cot, 1 sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons : in the Mezzanine bedroom, which is spacious, bright and has a queen size bed (160), plus one additional person or baby (baby cot or additional bed available upon request); in the ground floor, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 persons. Linen provided (and changed once a week for more than one week stays).
