Casita Janine and has uninterrupted views of the village and coast from each room and the private terrace. The lounge is furnished in restful autumnal colours and has a TV with satellite television with free to view Sky channels. There is a beautiful lemon bedroom with a queen size bed and a charming pink twin room. The kitchenette is ideal for holiday catering with a ceramic hob, microwave, slow cooker, and fridge with a small freezer above. It is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Each room has air conditioning/ heating units and there is a washing machine, iron and board, gas BBQ, hair dryer, in fact everything needed to make your holiday accommodation as comfortable as possible.
The apartment also has its own security system.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The accommodation is self catering only but the laundry of all bedding and towels is included. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned at changeover and clean bedding and towels will be provided at the end of each full week if your stay is for two weeks or more. We do not supply bathing towels. A deposit of £50 per week is required.
Extremely beneficial rates will be quoted for lets of four weeks or more for the period between November and March.
The monthly rate is based on the assumption that the guest prefers do clean the apartment whilst in residence and also wash bedding although this can be done for an small extra charge. - The price includes a welcome pack of food, consisting of bread, eggs, butter, milk, water and wine.
- The sensible use of air conditioning and heating is included in the price but in the interests of our electricity bills and world wide ecological problems we request that our guests keep doors and windows closed when the units are in use and to switch them all off before going out.

- The bedrooms are air conditioned and fully furnished with wardrobes and drawers. It is possible to place a cot in the double bedroom but not an extra bed. There is a small extra charge for this.

There are only two apartments in this beautiful private villa and the facilities (i.e. pool, spa, etc) are shared only with the owners. It is not a community property.
Some older people will have no problems with the steps but others may. Feel free to discuss this for an honest answer. Unfortunately it would not be suitable for people who need wheelchair access.
Smoking is only permitted on the private terrace but not inside the apartment or the swimming pool, covered terrace or garden areas.
Children who are well behaved are always welcome.
Although bath and hand towels are provided for the apartment face flannels are not, neither are bathing towels. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool.
The pool is heated in April, May and October to extend the swimming season.
