Sheets provided, bathroom linen, bath sheet for pool and spa, spa access, unlimited pool access, gas and lava stone barbecue, toilet and kitchen paper upon arrival. Tourist tax is included. Charges are included; in case of excessive consumption we may charge you an extra fee. See rates for the period concerned. 25 percent down payment upon booking. 800 Euros security deposit payable in cash or by cheque required upon arrival, not cashed and refunded within 15 days of departure if no damage has been caused. Bank transfer accepted. Cheques. PayPal. During the 2010 season, our loyal customers (those who will come back again to the villa Santa Giulia for their next holiday) will enjoy the same rates as for 2009.
- For information about availability, please contact the owners, if it is confirmed, the owner will send you the rental contract and upon reception of the contract and down payment, your booking will be confirmed. Please contact the owner 1 week before arrival to specify your arrival time. Check-in at 5pm and check-out before 11 am.
