Payment via bank transfer but if possible, by check. - Rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights and start on Saturday. The apartment is available from 4.00pm on arrival day. A joint record by the 2 parties and an inventory (joint as well) of the furniture and equipments will be set up (2 copies) when check-in. The apartment must be vacated on departure day at 10.30am, when a check-out will be done.
- Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
