A 20% down payment has to be paid upon booking and the balance upon arrival. The €200 security deposit will be paid upon arrival, after the check-in inventory and will be refunded within 10 days after the check-out inventory.
- In very high season (mi-July/mid-August), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The villas are available on the arrival day from 4.00 p.m. and must be vacated on departure day by 10.00 a.m.
During the rest of the year, arrivals can be flexible. - Non-contractual booking deposit: 20% rent

Indoor wooden shutters give it a very nice style. Additionally to the 60 sq.m villa, you will be thrilled by the terrace of 20 sq.m with wooden floor, to have relaxing moments. You can choose between sunbathing or the garden furniture, very refined by its chocolate colour and green cushions. A friendly-use electric barbecue is ready to be used for the preparation of your meals. If you prefer the lawn to the sand of the beach, enjoy your little garden just outside your terrace for fresher evenings or when you come back from a long walk along the coastal path, you will be happy to light the wood burning stove. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped. 2 Internet accesses and the DTT are offered in the villa. A games room is available and includes a ping-pong table, a giant checkers game, a set of rackets, a table-football and board games. Mountain bikes and bikes can be rented on a daily or half-daily basis.
