- Rates are for the whole accommodation and for the maximum number of people. The final cleaning and the washing of the bedding are included. A first deposit of 30 percent of the rental price must be paid upon booking. The final payment must be done 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit of 200 euros must be paid after the state of repair upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after the final inventory. If there is any damage or if there is too much cleaning to do, charges will be deducted from the deposit. Meals are not provided, but they can be. You just need to call the catering service. Additional fee for central heating is 50 euros per week.
- The place is available on Saturday from 4:00 pm and must be vacated on Saturday before 11.00 a.m. We do not accept any rental shorter than 2 weeks, at least during high season. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking house; people who smoke can do it outside and must be very careful about fire hazard during dry season. The house is not recommended for handicap persons. It is much recommended to have a car.

- 2 double beds, 3 single beds and 1 sofa-bed. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one third small bedroom reachable from outside the house but in the same building. The bedroom located on the west side measures 21 sqm and has a bed for two persons and a direct access to the hill on the back. The bedroom on the east side measure 16 sqm and has a bed for 2 persons. You have the option to add a bed for a child. A 3d bedroom of 12 sqm has an outside access and 1 bedroom for two persons. The large stone terrace gives access to the small living room of 21 sqm with a fireplace, a sofa bed and an office area. The 16 sqm kitchen, offers all comfort with many storage spaces and a table for meals. The kitchen overlooking the 40 sqm covered terrace is perfect for meals or a BBQ. The living room of 33 sqm, very well furnished, offers a very comfortable sofa, and a hi-fi stereo system. There is a basement with a library and a single bed. The living room is overlooking a big sunny balcony.

Washing-machine and tumble-dryer are downstairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Mosquito net available above the beds. Fuel central heating for the cold season. Telephone and low speed internet are in the same bandwidth. Unlimited Internet but for phone calls, you must buy a phone card at the tobacconist's. Several games and books are available.
