The neighbourhood is very quiet, therefore we would like you to respect this tranquillity to benefit from the relaxing and restful quality of this place. - Maintenance:
There is a little maintenance to be planned:
Pool (supervision of the PH as well as the chlorine and water level from time to time, sweeping the pool, use the cleaning robot), treatment via salt or chlorine generator in case of break down.
Flower watering: Please take 1 minute a day to water the individual standing pots, general automatic watering.
Access:
A car is really recommended to enjoy the entire region, the villa is located in a residential area with 7 villas and the relevant sector is preserved and very quiet. It is located behind the perched village, access is via the village and a private lane. This concrete lane is narrow but bucolic.
