The Restaurant
Dinner is an event not to be missed. We provide our guests an exclusive restaurant. During the cooler season, dinner is served in the comfort of the old stables restored respecting Tuscan traditions. In summer, dinner is served on the patio where you can enjoy the warm evenings and fantastic views of our orchards and the Tuscan hills beyond. Our guests have the opportunity to experience the delights of typical Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by some excellent Tuscan wines. A perfect end to the day.

The Cellar
For all people who enjoy fine wine, we couldn't miss the chance to restore the old wine cellar where the Bianchini's family used to store their wine during the winter.
The cellar now hosts the best Tuscan wines - Chianti, Brunello and the Super Tuscans. Not forgetting our own superb extra virgin olive oil. We also organise group wine tastings by arrangement. [The Tobacco Shed] These premises were used to dry tobacco and even today, despite being on three floors and self-contained, they have kept all their characteristics.
